Welcome to WEEGO, your trusted cab hailing service. By using our service, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions.

Definitions

  • Service: Refers to the cab hailing services provided by WEEGO, including the app, website, and any other related services.
  • User: Refers to any individual who uses the WEEGO service, including riders and drivers.
  • Driver: Refers to the individuals who provide transportation services to users through the WEEGO platform.
  • Rider: Refers to the individuals who request and use transportation services through the WEEGO platform.

Use of Service

  • Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years old to use the WEEGO service. By using the service, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement.
  • Account Registration: Users must register an account to use the WEEGO service. You agree to provide accurate and complete information during registration and to keep this information updated.
  • Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities that occur under your account. Notify WEEGO immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

Services Provided

  • Booking a Ride: Riders can request rides through the WEEGO app or website. Once a ride is confirmed, the rider will receive details of the driver and vehicle.
  • Fares and Payments: The fare for each ride is calculated based on the distance traveled and other applicable charges. Payments can be made through the app using approved payment methods.
  • Cancellation Policy: Riders may cancel a ride request, but cancellation fees may apply if the cancellation occurs after a certain period or if the driver has already arrived at the pick-up location.

Driver Obligations

  • Licensing and Background Checks: Drivers must have a valid driver’s license and must pass a background check before being allowed to provide services through WEEGO.
  • Vehicle Standards: Vehicles used by drivers must meet WEEGO’s safety and cleanliness standards.
  • Conduct: Drivers must behave professionally and comply with all applicable laws and regulations while providing services.

User Conduct

  • Users must not engage in harassment, abuse, or discrimination.
  • Users are responsible for any damage caused to vehicles or property during rides.

Liability

  • Limitation of Liability: WEEGO shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use of the service.
  • Indemnification: Users agree to indemnify and hold harmless WEEGO, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising out of or in connection with the use of the service.

Privacy

We collect and use personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using the service, you consent to this. WEEGO implements reasonable security measures to protect user data; however, we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Termination

  • Termination by User: Users may terminate their account at any time by following the instructions in the app or on the website.
  • Termination by WEEGO: WEEGO reserves the right to terminate or suspend a user’s account at any time for any reason, including violation of these terms and conditions.

Changes to Terms and Conditions

WEEGO reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. We will notify users of any changes through the app or website. Continued use of the service after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms and conditions.

Governing Law

These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which WEEGO operates.
